hirify.global is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers with technical issues related to their web hosting services.

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web hosting services via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Guide customers through the setup and configuration of email accounts, cPanel, and FTP clients.
  • Explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Provide billing support and necessary information.
  • Collaborate with team members by learning from others and sharing knowledge.
  • Expand technical skills through internal tools, training, and hands-on experience.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Linux environments.
  • Knowledge in DNS, email, cPanel, Web Host Manager (WHM), and command line tools.
  • Experience creating or hosting websites.
  • Solid technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or call center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
