Product Marketing Manager (Loyalty) (Fintech): Driving profitability through Loyalty product adoption and engagement by leading upgrade strategies and building a marketing strategy focused on customer lifetime value. Focus on crafting compelling value propositions and narratives, orchestrating Loyalty launches, and analysing customer behaviour to optimise conversion strategies.
Location: Remote: Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE
Salary: PLN15,000 - PLN16,600 gross monthly (Poland). Compensation will be discussed during the interview process for other locations

What you will do
- Understand customer needs and how Loyalty products work globally, using data-driven insights to shape strategy.
- Design the Loyalty product marketing strategy across all channels, from positioning to launch campaigns.
- Craft compelling value propositions and narratives that showcase benefits.
- Orchestrate Loyalty launches across multiple markets, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
- Foster solid cross-functional partnerships with Product, Design, and Communications teams.
- Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify segmentation opportunities and optimising conversion strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in either B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience driving premium product adoption.
- Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in fintech or payments.
- Expertise in setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns.
- Experience generating highly original ideas and setting the standard for creative excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An exceptional eye for detail and quality.
