What you will do

• Own and foster relationships with assigned connectivity partners to support inventory strategy and overall objectives.
• Monitor daily technical performance of assigned connectivities and implement action plans based on analysis.
• Provide daily technical support to internal and external teams to solve technical issues and improve key performance metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities with accommodation providers leveraging insights from connectivity data.
• Lead the integration and certification processes of assigned connectivity partners.
• Optimize hotel content mapping workflow to drive conversion and complete documentation of connectivity processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business or tech related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the hotel industry is a must, including hotel distribution systems and knowledge of OTA standard API structure and XML language.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial departments.
• Project management skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a MUST.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applied AI Tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants.
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and learning agility to new AI features and capabilities.
