What you will do

• Develop compelling marketing campaigns and messaging for customer segments and verticals.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including website and social media.
• Coordinate blog writing, social media content, and website updates.
• Manage and execute trade shows, industry conferences, and webinars.
• Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Science teams to align initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management, preferably in technology, agriculture, or climate tech.
• Fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in partner co-marketing, event planning, and media relations.
• Strong project management and event execution skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Luxembourg, or requiring employer-sponsored work authorization/visa support.
