Senior Support Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Support Engineer: Providing IT support services for a leading game studio, managing workstations, software licenses, meeting room AV, and console development kits with an accent on timely issue resolution, documentation, and process improvement. Focus on administering Intune, Active Directory, and MS Office Online within a mixed Windows and game development environment.

Location: Onsite in Espoo, Finland, with occasional visits to the Stockholm office in Sweden.

What you will do

• Provide IT support services to Remedy employees, contractors, and partners.
• Manage user requests and task status using Jira Service Management.
• Create and update user instructions and internal IT Support documentation.
• Participate in internal IT team and end-user communication.
• Assist in developing IT Service management and IT support ways of working, identifying improvement areas.

Requirements

• Proven track record in technical support or an end-user-facing engineering role, preferably from an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing access and permissions, IT hardware, software, and service vendor management in larger production environments.
• Proficiency in administering Intune, Active Directory, EntraID, and MS Office Online.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Working language is English; Finnish skills are preferred.
• Information security mindset to identify impacts and risks of changes.
• Must be able to work on-site in Espoo, Finland, and visit the Stockholm office occasionally.

• Basic scripting skills.
