What you will do

• Design and review security architectures for complex infrastructure environments (cloud, virtualized, network).
• Implement and optimize network security controls, including firewalls and micro-segmentation.
• Orchestrate robust access control models (RBAC, Least Privilege) and manage secure connectivity solutions (VPN, Zero Trust).
• Drive "Security as Code" initiatives by developing custom automation tools (Python/Go) and managing security configurations.
• Enforce industry security benchmarks and hardening standards across operating systems and infrastructure components.
• Lead technical investigations for security incidents, performing root cause analysis, forensics, and remediation.
• Develop security policies and participate in internal/external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with IT, DevOps, and Engineering teams to integrate security best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Information Security, Network Engineering, or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and virtualization/containerization.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, PKI/Cryptography management, and secret management systems.
• Expert knowledge level in the network security domain and the network domain itself.
• Previous experience with Palo Alto software solutions is required.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Go, or Bash) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
