• Monitor and analyze compensation requests for high-value shipments to detect potential fraud.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop scalable processes and integrate AI models for claim automation.
• Improve existing shipment monitoring tools and ticketing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify and mitigate emerging fraud tactics.
• Coordinate with information security and external carrier security teams to develop long-term prevention strategies.
