What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend systems using Go
• Participate in architectural and strategic technical decisions
• Collaborate within a Scrum team and plan your workflow
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 4+ years of recent Go programming experience
• Strong understanding of Go internals and concurrency
• Experience with relational databases and complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kafka, and Kubernetes
• English: Intermediate (B2) and Russian: Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or data integrity critical applications
• Understanding of distributed applications and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with DDD, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Clickhouse
