What you will do

• Manage and maintain core engineering tools, including onboarding/offboarding and access controls via SSO and SCIM
• Develop and maintain dashboards for engineering productivity and quality metrics (DORA, AI adoption, release cadence)
• Coordinate engineering-wide processes such as tool provisioning, change management, and incident reviews
• Partner with leadership to deliver operational reports and maintain visibility of engineering progress and blockers
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and tooling budgets
• Support cross-functional communication between Engineering, People, and Finance teams

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London with 2 days per week onsite at Tower Bridge HQ
• English language proficiency: at least B2 level (job posting in English)
• Experience in engineering operations, tooling governance, and process coordination
• Strong skills in metrics reporting and dashboard development
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and finance teams
