Salary: £114,810 - £135,070

What you will do

• Define and execute the data and data readiness strategy for the Madison programme, meeting FCA timelines.
• Provide strategic direction and drive improvements as the data lead for Motor Resolutions.
• Develop a comprehensive data model with a robust Governance and Quality framework.
• Drive activities for SMR attestation of readiness and maintain rigorous governance for regulatory expectations.
• Evaluate current data infrastructure and define a strategic roadmap for future data requirements.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead large, complex data programmes under intense regulatory scrutiny.
• Strong practitioner-level knowledge of data engineering, data management, data modelling, and data governance/quality frameworks.
• Skilled in influencing senior executives and external bodies (FCA, FOS, auditors).
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographies.
• Ability to leverage data, automation, and AI to optimise processes and meet regulatory timelines.
• Expertise in building governance frameworks, managing data quality, and mitigating risk.
