TL;DR

Senior Pricing Strategy Manager: Shaping how hirify.global monetizes its products and drives sustainable revenue growth with an accent on translating pricing and sales data into clear insights and concrete actions. Focus on defining analytical roadmaps, leading high-impact initiatives to improve ARR, NRR, and overall pricing performance, and influencing pricing decisions across various stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid setup with an expectation of being in the office twice per week. The role can be based in the Netherlands, Germany, or the UK.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end analysis of pricing and sales performance across products and channels, turning insights into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Build pragmatic and scalable pricing tools and dashboards to improve sales readiness, accelerate decision-making, and increase transparency.
  • Lead and continuously evolve Pricing MBRs and QBRs, synthesizing data and raising the bar on how insights are produced and consumed.
  • Proactively identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives across pricing, discounting, and revenue growth with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a trusted analytical partner to Pricing and Deal Desk teams, providing fast, high-quality insights for day-to-day decisions and complex commercial deals.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to spot trends, run deep dives, and launch initiatives supporting company growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in pricing, revenue effectiveness, or analytics roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within a matrixed organization.
  • Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights and clear storytelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Metabase, including building dashboards and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, able to independently drive work from problem definition to impact.

Nice to have

  • Formal experience in pricing strategy, product marketing, research, or product management.
  • Additional European language skills.
