Looking for a Tech. Manager/Architect with strong BackEnd background (Ruby, Python or Go) for our client – product company developing a dating app (Top 10 in the U.S.) that’s redefining how people connect.
A new contributor will help us architect the future of our platform, mentor a passionate team, and directly influence the experience of millions.
Location: remotely from EU
Format: B2B contract
A full Job Description:
Main responsibilities: technical strategy, system architecture, scaling for millions of mobile DAUs, high-impact A/B testing, and leading a team to ship robust backend services.
Expecting from you:
-proven leadership experience: managing and mentoring teams of developers,
-recent, hands-on backend development for high-traffic B2C mobile applications,
-proficiency in Ruby on Rails or Python or Go,
-deep expertise in scaling mobile backends, cloud ops, database optimization,
-strong grasp of RESTful APIs, DevOps, security best practices, and performance optimization,
-a “get it DONE” mindset, obsessive attention to details,
-excellent English communication.
