Growth Lead / Marketing Lead in Chrona. Remote.
 
 ABOUT:
 Chrona an exchange aggregator.
 We focus on transparent and verifiable ratings: no fake reviews, no manipulations.
 We work with some of the best branding and UI/UX design teams on the market.
 
 TASKS:
• Own the results of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Personally run one major channel (paid traffic or short-form video).
• Manage other channels through contractors.
• Test hypotheses, launch A/B tests, and systematically improve metrics (CAC, CR, LTV).
• Work with contractors: briefing, supervision, performance evaluation.

REQUIREMENTS:
 • Proven experience managing marketing channels at a high level.
 • Paid traffic (Meta, Google) ideally in crypto or betting verticals.
 • Short-form video promotion (Reels/Shorts), including briefing/evaluating external scripts and creatives.
 • Attribution and analytics with minimal user data.
 • A/B testing landing pages, systematic growth of key metrics (CAC, CR, LTV).
 • Strong soft skills: drive, initiative, autonomy, structured thinking, ability to test and learn quickly.
 Nice-to-have:
 • Background in crypto / exchanges / P2P / CEX.
 • Familiarity with social media content and SEO.

 • Compensation: 3 500-5 000 USD per month (flexible, based on experience).
