Associate Project/Program Manager (Professional Services Operations): Supporting day-to-day Professional Services operational activities and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution across Sales, GTMs, Delivery, and Finance. Focus on reviewing and validating operational requests, managing case queues, resolving system-related issues, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication in a global coverage model.

Location: Onsite in Bangalore, India. Requires working a night-shift schedule to align with AMER business hours for effective global stakeholder support.

What you will do

  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders across Professional Services engagements.
  • Execute and support PS operational requests in alignment with defined guidelines and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, GTMs, Delivery, Project Managers, and Finance.
  • Review and validate PS operational requests for data accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.
  • Monitor and manage requests through established case management and queue mechanisms.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational and system-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations, PMO, or Revenue Operations.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end PS operational workflows and execution models.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a global coverage model, including a night-shift schedule aligned to AMER business hours.
