What you will do

• Own customer engagements end-to-end from pre-sales through delivery and handover.
• Define and maintain program governance artifacts and lead program cadences.
• Support pre-sales scoping, estimation, and Statement of Work development.
• Lead day-to-day delivery and customer communication ensuring alignment and quality.
• Manage financials, effort tracking, and operational health of delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Pune, India for hybrid work.
• 5+ years experience in program management or enterprise project delivery.
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise B2B, and pre-sales support.
• Strong customer communication and conflict management skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and program management tools.
• Financial acumen in effort estimation and burn forecasting.
