What you will do

• Support project delivery in Portugal by collaborating with local and international teams.
• Assist in ensuring that projects are properly scoped, resourced, and delivered.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, facilitating transparent communication and managing expectations.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including optimizing resource allocation and timelines.
• Guarantee project risks and issues are managed and escalated if needed.
• Contribute to improving program and project management tools and processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing projects and programs within a technical or professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with PMO environments.
• Solid commercial understanding and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese required.
