What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and enable a team of Implementation Managers while leading a small portfolio of your own projects.
• Work closely with customers to help them achieve their business goals and promote best practices.
• Oversee and be accountable for the portfolio of projects owned by your team.
• Collaborate with customers and prospects to build bespoke Statements of Work and Project Plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, collaborating with internal departments like Product and Development.
• Meet and exceed department KPIs through data-driven analysis, planning, and execution.

Requirements

• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and develop diverse Professional Service Teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite communication.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience in executing Implementation Professional Services in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
