What you will do

• Coach up to two international teams in self-management, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the adoption of agile practices, processes, and tools suited to team and organizational context.
• Collaborate with leaders to create conditions for ownership and sustainable delivery of high-quality results.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage complex work and stakeholder collaboration.
• Contribute to organizational change initiatives via the Agile Council.
• Lead team transformation processes and change management, guiding teams through uncertainty.

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or similar.
• 6+ years of experience coaching agile teams.
• Proven ability to manage teams in uncertain times, balancing delivery pressure with structural improvements.
• Strong understanding of agile principles, practices, and tools.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices (version control, CI/CD, automated testing).
• Skilled in conflict resolution, active listening, and motivational guidance.
• Fluent in English.
