What you will do

• Develop and execute competitive benchmarking research plans for enterprise and security products.
• Support full usability research cycles, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on research goals and priorities.
• Clearly communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in User Experience (UX) Research.
• Experience conducting usability studies, research planning, and execution.
• Experience working with enterprise software or technically complex products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams (product, design, engineering).
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience researching enterprise security, IT, or platform-level products.
• Strong background in benchmarking methodologies, metrics development, and comparative analysis.
