What you will do

• Design end-to-end systems for merchandisers to fine-tune ranking and recall for search and browse shopping experiences.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to transform complex, high-leverage workflows into intuitive tools.
• Create effortless rule builders and visualize ranking impact and conflicts in real time.
• Automate tedious promotion work so teams can move at the speed of retail.
• Bring transparency to cause-and-effect, showing how changes affect items, positions, and page metrics.
• Unlock rapid experimentation with personalization and AI-assisted suggestions.

Requirements

• Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, always keeping customer needs in mind.
• Possess a goal-oriented, iterative mindset, focused on solving high-impact problems and shipping quickly.
• Practical experience leading user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
• Experience designing for unfamiliar problems and complex workflows, especially in B2B contexts.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structure, defining systems and designing scalable, reusable solutions.
