What you will do
- Serve as the dedicated product design partner for Sales Experiences teams, embedded in a product–engineering–design triad.
- Lead user research and journey mapping across the full sales lifecycle.
- Design intuitive, efficient UX/UI for internal Go-To-Market tools that improve rep efficiency and drive sales optimization.
- Own experience design for high-impact tools such as Quote Builder and Cart Builder, scaling proven pilots into broadly adopted platforms.
- Translate complex workflows (quoting, discounting, multi-location setups, promos, contract amendments) into clear, usable, and scalable experiences.
- Establish and evolve cohesive UX patterns and standards for internal sales tooling to prevent fragmentation across teams and platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design, with a strong track record of owning complex workflows end to end.
- Experience designing internal tools or enterprise software, especially for sales, operations, or revenue-focused teams.
- Proven ability to conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into clear journey maps and design solutions.
- Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to design scalable frameworks rather than one-off screens.
- Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and helping teams gain clarity through design.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a triad model.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for or alongside Salesforce-based workflows or other CRM-driven systems.
- Experience improving rep efficiency, tooling adoption, or revenue driving workflows.
- Background working in B2B SaaS, sales enablement, or revenue operations adjacent spaces.
