What you will do
- Maintain expert-level proficiency in Cato products and the dynamic SASE and enterprise IT infrastructure landscape.
- Develop meaningful relationships with key customer stakeholders, adopting a consultative approach.
- Assist customers with configuration, implementation, and expansion of Cato SASE services.
- Provide ongoing guidance for all product and service updates and facilitate implementation of enhancements.
- Coordinate and facilitate ongoing enablement of Cato SASE features and functionality with customer IT departments.
- Collaborate with greater professional services and customer success teams to drive best practices and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a multi-vendor IT infrastructure environment (solution operations/engineering).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network routing (static, BGP, OSPF) and switching.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (consulting, professional services, pre-sales) for a high-tech software/technology vendor.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains: Firewalls & Proxy Services, Secure Web Gateway, CASB, DLP, RBI, Identity & Privilege Management Integration (SSO, SAML, SCIM, LDAP), Intrusion Prevention Systems, Networking Packet Analysis.
- Knowledge of and experience in deploying IT infrastructure services securely following industry best practices and standard security frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO, COBIT, HITRUST, GDPR).
- Experience with implementing and/or managing network infrastructure with major public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to web-based APIs and scripting languages.

- Relevant industry-recognized certification from major security and network vendors (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, CISSP).
