Product Designer (Pricing and Services)

TL;DR

Product Designer (E-commerce): Designing and improving high-quality mobile experiences for hirify.global's marketplace, focusing on pricing and services within the Revenue domain. Focus on defining problems, exploring solutions, prototyping interactions, and delivering impactful designs while championing member needs for clarity and transparency.

Location: Hybrid work model, with recommended 2 days in office. Offices are in Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania.

Salary: €3,150–€5,850 gross per month

What you will do

• Design thoughtful, high-quality mobile experiences to enhance the marketplace for millions of members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver impactful designs.
• Champion member needs, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions related to pricing and services.
• Take ownership of design planning and execution for team initiatives from concept to launch.
• Seek and exchange feedback with design peers to strengthen work and enhance overall quality.
• Conduct usability testing and partner with User Researchers on discovery studies to understand member needs deeply.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and shipping mobile native apps and other high-quality digital products.
• Solid understanding of the design process, from discovery to delivery.
• Critical thinker, able to design with qualitative and quantitative insights while balancing constraints.
• Comfortable iterating and experimenting to continuously improve solutions and outcomes.
• Growth mindset, open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to keep improving your craft.
• Strong collaborator, able to align cross-functional partners around a shared understanding of the problem and solution.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, with excellent written and spoken English.
