Location: This role requires onsite presence in our Irvine, CA office for the first 4-6 weeks.

Salary: $220,000 – $275,000 Annually

What you will do

• Design scalable, modular architectures for AI-driven applications and agentic workflows.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems, including communication, memory, and orchestration strategies.
• Architect solutions to unify structured and unstructured data for intelligent AI agents using RAG and semantic search.
• Design secure data handling, encryption, and access control for sensitive patient data, adhering to HIPAA and HITRUST.
• Use modern AI development tools to create hands-on architectural solutions, proof of concepts, and prototypes.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing dental practice management systems and EHRs, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related discipline is required.
• 7+ years of software engineering and/or architecture experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML systems or agentic architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, Python, PyTorch, Docker, Git, Microservices, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Expertise in designing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data consolidation strategies, with experience in vector databases and structured databases.
• Knowledgeable in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with awareness of multi-cloud architectures and cloud-native design patterns.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare systems, dental practice management software, EHR systems, RCM workflows, or healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
