Location: This role requires the right candidate to be based in Raleigh, New York City, or San Francisco.

Salary: $125,000 – $175,000

hirify.global is a Series C product company building a leading AI & Agent Engineering observability and evaluation platform for enterprises.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to sophisticated ML / GenAI teams and build relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Advise on GenAI and ML best practices.
• Give ML and LLM product demos to technical and business stakeholders.
• Run strategic business reviews for customers in partnership with the sales team.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to drive the product roadmap.
• Spearhead new opportunities within existing accounts to drive expansions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or with ML/GenAI applications in production.
• Comfortable with public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and proficient in a programming language (Python, JS/TS, Java, Go).
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and LLM/Agentic frameworks (Llamaindex, LangGraph, DSPy).
• Understanding of ML/DS concepts, model evaluation strategies, and application lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills and a quick, self-learner mindset.
• Must be based in Raleigh, New York City, or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Previous engineering experience in Data Science, MLOps, ML Frameworks, or LLM/Agentic frameworks.
• Customer-facing experience such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Prior experience with applications deployed with Kubernetes.
