Salary: USD $188,000 – $304,200 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Collaborate with design, PM, and partner teams to develop suitable UX design.
• Build versatile rendering UX packages/libraries on various platforms.
• Utilize data processing and monitoring systems to analyze system performance.
• Drive improvements across the full ads stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 12+ years experience.
• Previous lead level experience.
• Previous UX design experience.
• Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
