What you will do

• Build the core AI platform for LLM-powered products and internal AI tooling.
• Create APIs, services, and developer tooling to simplify AI adoption across teams.
• Design and operate agent-based and multi-model workflows.
• Build and scale RAG pipelines, retrieval services, and vector search infrastructure.
• Improve reliability, latency, observability, and cost-efficiency of AI workloads.
• Automate deployment and platform operations using Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• Strong software and platform engineering experience using Python.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems in cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, containers, and infrastructure tooling.
• Proven experience with LLM applications, AI/ML platforms, or production AI systems.
• Knowledge of agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, or multi-model workflows.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval systems.
• Location: Must be based in London for a 4-day onsite hybrid schedule.
