Salary: $140,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Design and deliver high-scale, resilient integrations that power hirify.global’s ecosystem.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to break down, prioritize, and execute integration work.
• Support enterprise customers with complex integration needs.
• Continuously improve hirify.global’s engineering practices and standards.
• Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and automation workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years in the field, including 2+ years building and maintaining production systems in TypeScript and Node.js.
• At least a year of experience guiding projects or mentoring teammates.
• Holds a high bar for code quality, testing, and operational reliability.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
• Must be able to work hybrid from Santa Clara, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience running Temporal in production and working with Nest.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and ATS platforms.
• Built internal tooling or automation powered by AI/LLMs.
