What you will do

• Independently manage and develop traffic acquisition across assigned channels.
• Increase marketing spend efficiency within UA campaigns.
• Identify and scale growth opportunities for your channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to set tasks, find solutions, and apply results in traffic acquisition.
• Communicate with advertising platform account managers, provide timely feedback, and run joint projects.
• Prepare reports within your area of responsibility by channels, projects, and processes.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance UA.
• Have experience working with one or more networks: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Yahoo Ads, Taboola, or other native platforms.
• Have experience acquiring traffic for web desktop projects.
• Have strong analytical skills: understanding project economics from click to end of user lifecycle, working with different attribution models, and experience with BI systems (Tableau, Grafana, etc.).
