hirify.global is seeking an experienced and talented Hotel-Chain Integration Analyst.

What you will do

• Support global partners.
• Engage in pre-sales activity with the sales team and propose solutions to meet partner requirements.
• Conduct workshops & presentations for the technical team partners on hirify.global’ API solutions, along with practical advice on their usage.
• Analyze and troubleshoot highly complex technical integration problems and propose effective solutions.
• Identify best practices and actively share these insights with affiliate partners and the Global Connectivity Team.
• Perform Quality Assurance tests on API/websites prior to implementation.

Requirements

• 3 years + in a similar capacity within the travel industry or relevant skillset experience.
• Ability to deliver high quality and workable solutions for technical issues.
• Ability to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
• Familiarity with web-based and mobile based product development and understanding of typical technology architecture for high-volume web sites.
• Good coding skills in at least one server-side programming language and SQL / non-sql databases.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce and/or travel industry a plus.
• Knowledge in systems design is a plus.
• Pre-sales experience, working with sales and business partners a plus.
