• Design and implement scalable, reliable, high-performance systems for advertiser campaigns across platforms.
• Measure and optimize system performance to increase efficiency and improve the advertiser's experience.
• Influence B2B platform architecture by evaluating and improving internal frameworks and development patterns.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in advertising technology, identifying integration opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and other engineering teams to deliver value.
• Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and mentor junior engineers, helping them grow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience focusing on designing and building scalable and resilient systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in full-stack development with strong knowledge of languages such as Java, Python, Scala, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• English: B2 required.

• Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through performance tuning and test automation.
• Experience driving shared frameworks in a large-scale engineering organization.
