What you will do

• Define and refine the data science roadmap aimed at product funnel optimization and scalable growth.
• Apply rigorous causal inference, advanced statistical modeling, and machine learning for actionable insights.
• Design, implement, and analyze targeted experiments to validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate data insights into strategic enhancements.
• Serve as a technical leader, championing analytical rigor and innovative problem-solving.
• Balance rigorous technical analysis with swift, iterative execution for effective strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a proven record of driving product and business growth.
• Demonstrated proficiency in causal inference techniques, statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, and practical experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong ability to quickly understand new business areas, data, and metrics for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An agile, entrepreneurial, and customer-centric mindset.
