What you will do
- Define and refine the data science roadmap aimed at product funnel optimization and scalable growth.
- Apply rigorous causal inference, advanced statistical modeling, and machine learning for actionable insights.
- Design, implement, and analyze targeted experiments to validate hypotheses.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate data insights into strategic enhancements.
- Serve as a technical leader, championing analytical rigor and innovative problem-solving.
- Balance rigorous technical analysis with swift, iterative execution for effective strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a proven record of driving product and business growth.
- Demonstrated proficiency in causal inference techniques, statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, and practical experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong ability to quickly understand new business areas, data, and metrics for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- An agile, entrepreneurial, and customer-centric mindset.
