Location: Must live within a 50-mile commute of a designated %hirify_global% office in the U.S.

Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year.

What you will do

Define and deliver metrics which accurately measure success across various products and marketplace components.
Think critically about sampling and experimental design across User and Demand dimensions.
Interpret the results of analyses, validate approaches, and learn to monitor and iterate to continuously improve.
Partner effectively with program management, engineers, and other areas of the business.
Engage with stakeholders to produce clear, compelling, and actionable insights and data-science driven workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience.
Experience in applying statistics and ML models to generate clear actionable insights.
Experience in A/B testing, metrics and/or time series analysis.
Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate insights to senior leaders.
Ability to meet %hirify_global%, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

Nice to have

2+ years customer-facing, project-delivery experience, professional services, and/or consulting experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in programming languages like Python/R, SQL, C#.
Mindset that promotes learning over knowing to solve complex business problems.
