What you will do

• Build comprehensive frameworks for understanding creator and artist success (engagement patterns, content trends).
• Design and run experiments to optimize creator programs and incentives.
• Collaborate with product, business, and music functions to define, iterate on, and evaluate programs.
• Surface trending creators and content, helping define discovery and recognition.
• Contribute to building strong data foundations as part of the data science team.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data science roles, ideally with creator platforms or social products.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling.
• Experience designing and running experiments, with ability to derive clear insights and make strategic recommendations.
• Strategic thinking about creator economics and platform health.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working across product, partnerships, and business teams.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, eagerness to wear multiple hats, and passion for continuous learning.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

• Background in music industry.
• Experience with creator monetization or artist/influencer partnerships.
