What you will do

• Run insights and experimentation for song listening, playlisting, and feed consumption experiences.
• Track content trends and supply health across the platform to inform product strategy.
• Design and analyze experiments to optimize content discovery and engagement.
• Contribute to building strong data foundations as part of our growing data science team.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data science roles, ideally with experience in content platforms or social products.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling.
• Experience designing and running experiments, with ability to derive clear insights and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong product sense and excellent communication skills, with experience working across product and engineering teams.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, eagerness to wear multiple hats, and passion for continuous learning.
