What you will do

• Identify and record software defects, regress and verify bug fixes.
• Create and complete quality test plans and test cases, including automation outlines.
• Provide guidance for bug prioritization in triage meetings and advance QA risks.
• Own the testing of large sophisticated features to ensure product stability before market release.
• Communicate team needs and troubleshoot a collection of issues without supervision.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate feature implementation and provide support to the dev team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5+ years of QA experience and proven ability to ship multiple titles.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of JIRA workflows for both tasks and bugs.
• Experience testing applications across multiple platforms including PC, Mac, Mobile, Console, VR/AR, and Web Based applications.
• Solid understanding of basic and sophisticated QA testing tools.
• Familiarity with 1st party requirements and guidelines.
• Skilled in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
