What you will do

• Manage Customer Support (Uservoice Tickets, Online, and Reviews) and create weekly support/health reports.
• Report analytics bugs on Jira and identify, define, and test events, metrics, and dashboards for game performance.
• Help in the creation and distribution of game reports and update the Roadmap.
• Participate in LiveOps strategies related to content, targeting, promotions, acquisition, and update releases.
• Research best practices by playing and testing competitors’ games, then provide recommendations to optimize retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Propose AB tests, ensure correct implementation, present key findings, and help optimize integrated ad networks and App Store Optimization strategy.
• Work with Game Designer(s) and Art/Game Director to identify new features and implement UI features incorporating design and user feedback for continuous refinement.

Requirements

• Some experience playtesting or QA internships.
• 1 year of QA/QC experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (C1+).
• Canadian citizenship is required.
