What you will do

  • Define, manage, and execute a 3–5 year HR technology roadmap covering systems consolidation, analytics, and AI adoption.
  • Consolidate fragmented HR systems into a unified platform (SAP).
  • Lead global rollout and integration of Compensation, Talent Management, and LMS modules in SuccessFactors.
  • Pilot and scale AI-driven solutions such as predictive attrition, chatbots, and digital onboarding.
  • Enable a skills-based workforce marketplace for internal mobility and strategic workforce planning.
  • Automate reporting and implement global KPI frameworks and Power BI dashboards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the HRIS space with a minimum of 5 years of direct people management in a complex, global business.
  • Track record of designing and executing large-scale HRIS transformation.
  • Deep experience in various SAP/SuccessFactors modules, ServiceNow, integration, and M&A.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and coach high-performing teams across different geographies.
  • Comfortable with contemporary digital HR tools and leveraging data and people analytics.
  • High learning agility regarding AI trends, developments, and opportunities.
