What you will do

• Lead finance transformation programs, including end-to-end implementation of enterprise planning platforms.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives including digitalization, operating model changes, and process improvements globally.
• Establish and enforce corporate project management standards, governance frameworks, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee project documentation, status reporting, milestone tracking, and issue escalation processes.
• Analyze program performance, identify risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
• Prepare decision materials and provide strategic recommendations to executives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience leading finance transformation programs, including organizational change initiatives.
• Direct implementation experience with integrated planning platforms such as SAP IBP, Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM, and/or Adaptive Planning.
• Strategic PMO experience including establishing/enhancing PMO functions and portfolio management.
• Finance/Controlling background with direct finance experience and operational finance knowledge.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across all organizational levels.
