What you will do

• Define and operationalize strategy across segments, regions, and motions, translating it into actionable plans.
• Design and run operating rhythms including planning cycles, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), forecast reviews, and executive forums.
• Serve as the primary integrator across functions, driving clarity on ownership, handoffs, and interdependencies.
• Oversee Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and performance management in partnership with RevOps and Finance.
• Identify organizational bottlenecks and design scalable processes, supporting org design and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in commercial strategy and operations at scale.
• Track record of building and operating scalable planning, forecasting, and execution rhythms that enable durable growth.
• Deep understanding of sales and product-led motions and how to orchestrate them across regions and segments.
• Excellence in cross-functional leadership with executive presence, strong communication, and an ability to drive clarity and alignment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office per week) in San Francisco, CA.
