TL;DR

Chief Of Staff (Startup): Partnering with the founders on day-to-day execution and long-term strategy with an accent on cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, legal, product, and go-to-market. Focus on internal processes improvements, finance and governance topics support and investment-related processes assistance.

Location: Remote - USA East Coast only

Salary: $120K – $180K

What you will do

• Partner closely with the founders on day-to-day execution and long-term strategy.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, legal, product, and go-to-market.
• Own and improve internal processes, including automation of workflows for support, success, and operations.
• Support finance and governance topics such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and board preparation.
• Assist with investment-related processes, fundraising, and investor communications.
• Build and maintain analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence to support decision-making.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-execution environment such as consulting, M&A, private equity, or similar.
• Exceptionally strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Very comfortable with data and tools like SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, operations, and governance.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and switch contexts quickly without losing quality.
• Based in the USA East Coast (to work with team members in Americas & Europe).
