What you will do

• Independently identify, source, and execute investments in early-stage startups aligned with strategic areas.
• Develop investment theses and define new strategic areas of focus.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders for deal flow.
• Conduct comprehensive product, business, and financial due diligence on prospective investment opportunities.
• Manage relationships with portfolio companies and support their management teams.
• Synthesize strategic insights and prepare investment materials for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience in corporate venture capital, venture capital/private equity, or corporate development.
• End-to-end transaction-execution experience related to investing or M&A.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about products, markets, business models, and competitive landscapes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and executives.
• Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency with valuation and financial modeling.
