Salary: $125,600–$175,775 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a key Finance partner to IT, People, and Legal leaders and their teams.
• Drive forecast accuracy and prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis and reporting.
• Build, maintain, and improve detailed financial models, including Recruiting Capacity and IT CAPEX forecasts.
• Collaborate with Accounting on accruals and other elements of the close process.
• Manage frequent ad hoc requests and strategic projects to support senior leaders.
• Participate in long-range strategic planning and lead process and system improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable quantitative field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related experience (e.g., Investment Banking, Management Consulting), with a focus on technology; familiarity with the software industry, SaaS business, or consumption-based models.
• Experience in building financial models independently and preparing recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and experience with GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics.
• High competency with systems such as Anaplan or Pigment, Workday, Netsuite, Salesforce, Coupa, and Zip.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with supporting G&A functions.
• Prior experience using SQL or willingness to learn.
