What you will do

• Design and deliver enablement programs to build AI literacy for leaders, SMEs, and citizen developers.
• Facilitate structured workshops with Product Owners and business stakeholders to uncover high-value AI use cases.
• Partner with AI Engineers and Solution Architects to provide SME feedback during design and build phases.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of AI solutions.
• Establish and manage a governance framework for citizen developers and provide enablement playbooks for low-code/no-code AI solutions.
• Monitor adoption metrics and feedback loops to refine enablement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years in enablement, change management, or technology adoption roles.
• Proven experience in Enterprise wide AI/automation programs or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience enabling and managing change through industry standard AI & Automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Power Platform).
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
