AI Engineer - Agentic Automation (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA, requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Salary: $90,900–$119,280 USD Base Salary + Bonus

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, Data) to understand workflows and requirements.
• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI processes to automate tasks and orchestrate multi-step workflows.
• Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools, and platforms, running proofs-of-concept.
• Implement MCP servers and agent orchestration systems, writing production-grade code (Python, JavaScript).
• Integrate AI systems with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and external data sources via APIs and pipelines.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and report impact of AI initiatives on business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, analytics engineering, automation engineering, or software development.
• Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript and experience building or integrating software systems.
• Deep understanding of modern context engineering and ability to write, debug, and improve LLM prompts.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, Model Context Protocol, RAG techniques, and latest LLMs.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, selecting, and deploying AI/automation tools and frameworks in business environments.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/automation with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo).
• Background in analytics, data pipelines, or data engineering.
• Track record of defining and measuring business impact from AI or automation initiatives.
