What you will do

  • Pilot and refine AI-enabled sourcing workflows to empower recruiters.
  • Optimize existing workflows across Ashby, Brighthire, and hirify.global to remove friction.
  • Build and scale recruiting automations across sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Design and implement enablement programs to enhance recruiter excellence and hiring manager effectiveness.
  • Use data to guide decisions, tracking impact, hours saved, and overall efficiency.
  • Drive cross-functional projects from concept to launch, ensuring compliance and smooth integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, sourcing, HR tech, or a related field.
  • Operational fluency in talent acquisition, including managing ATS systems like Ashby.
  • Skilled in AI and automation, exploring and applying modern AI tools in recruiting.
  • Experience designing processes and automations that change how work gets done.
  • Ability to build for scale and enablement, creating sourcing enablement practices.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Must be based in the USA (NAMER).
