TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Developer (React, Java): Designing, developing, and implementing high-quality end-to-end digital solutions for customer projects across the full technology stack. Focus on architecture decisions, technology choices, and ensuring scalable, cloud-native web solutions on hyperscaler platforms.
Location: Hybrid work model, based in Austria (Graz, Vienna, Linz) or Germany (Berlin)
Salary: €55,000.00 annual gross starting

What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality fullstack solutions for customer projects.
- Work directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop scalable backend services and modern frontend applications.
- Ensure high standards for code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-native web solutions on hyperscaler platforms (e.g. Azure).
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in frontend (e.g., React and/or Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Java and/or C#).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud services.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- A curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Very good German and English skills.
Nice to have
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows.
- Ability to critically evaluate and responsibly apply AI tools in day-to-day development.
