Location: Hybrid work model, based in Austria (Graz, Vienna, Linz) or Germany (Berlin)

Salary: €55,000.00 annual gross starting

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality fullstack solutions for customer projects.
• Work directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable backend services and modern frontend applications.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-native web solutions on hyperscaler platforms (e.g. Azure).
• Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in frontend (e.g., React and/or Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Java and/or C#).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud services.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• A curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
• Very good German and English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate and responsibly apply AI tools in day-to-day development.
