What you will do

• Contribute to short-, medium-, and long-term technical strategy and AI adoption roadmaps for the AdTech domain.
• Collaborate with product, business, and tech teams to plan and execute platform projects and AI-enhanced features.
• Develop end-to-end solutions from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Drive the adoption of AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools within the team's workflow to boost productivity.
• Evolve the architecture and scale processes within a fast-moving global tech organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience encompassing both backend and frontend.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, troubleshooting, and designing scalable, reliable systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Ability to drive consensus and delivery through clear technical documentation (e.g., ARDs, RFCs).
• Curiosity or experience in leveraging AI tooling to increase engineering productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and Golang.
• Experience setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Drone, Spinnaker).
