What you will do

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to design new features from ideation to implementation.
• Research technology and customer needs to gather requirements and understand problems.
• Structure and prototype flows and interactions for complex information and multi-page views.
• Ensure pixel-perfection in collaboration with the UI Engineering team.
• Support and expand the hirify.global Design visual language, component library, accessibility practices, design system, and design processes.

Requirements

• Senior(+) level Product Designer with experience in authentication, user management, or developer tools.
• Must be located in the Americas, within ±3 hours of U.S. Mountain Time (MDT, UTC−06:00).
• Deep understanding of designing interactive software on the web.
• Experience with an iterative "ship and iterate" mentality, valuing a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-starter attitude with autonomy and problem-solving initiative.
