What you will do

• Proactively communicate with partners, providing consulting and support.
• Manage YouTube CMS.
• Oversee DSP cover management, including content search and DMCA complaint filing.
• Handle beginner-level music distribution.

Requirements

• English language level B1.
• Experience working in customer service.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex information simply.
